The invention provides an assembly structure for slope support drainage. The assembly structure comprises a drainage box and a water swelling strip nested outside the drainage box in the height direction of the drainage box. Under the influence of external action, the water-swelling strip is converted from a first state to a second state, the water-swelling strip is in the first state, the section size of the water-swelling strip is smaller than that of the side slope drainage hole, the water-swelling strip is in the second state, and the section size of the water-swelling strip is larger than that of the side slope drainage hole. The invention further provides a water drainage box of the assembly structure for slope support water drainage. The water drainage box comprises an inverted filter layer, a water drainage pipe, water permeable bricks and a clay layer. The inverted filter is arranged in the length direction of the drainage box, the end, close to the soil body, of the inverted filter is used for being connected with the soil body, and the end, away from the soil body, of the inverted filter abuts against the water-permeable bricks; the inverted filter is communicated with the outside of the slope through a drain pipe; the clay layer is arranged below the inverted filter layer and separates the inverted filter layer from the water permeable bricks. The invention further provides a construction method of the drainage box.
