The invention includes inorganic composites, the use of the inorganic composites in tools and molds, mechanical forming tools, molds and methods for manufacturing tools and molds made of inorganic composites. In embodiments, the present invention provides molds and/or tools, as well as casting or injection molds, for mechanically forming composite materials and metals, which molds or tools have specific physicochemical properties. In embodiments, the manufacturing method ensures rapid, high quality and low cost manufacturing while reducing energy consumption and raw material consumption, making economically feasible and environmentally friendly by industrial production of molded structural composite materials.
