The invention discloses a production process method for preparing SO2 coupled cement clinker by decomposing ardealite, which comprises the following steps of: feeding a mixed material of ardealite and coal into a reduction furnace through a feeding device, and partially reducing the ardealite into CaS; and the material at the outlet of the reduction furnace enters a roasting furnace, and CaS and CaSO4 react at high temperature to generate CaO and SO2. High-temperature CaO from a roasting furnace is directly fed into a rotary kiln, and clay, iron powder and coal are simultaneously added into the rotary kiln. And the rotary kiln is heated to a high temperature by using the waste heat of CaO and the heat released by coal combustion. High-temperature flue gas generated by the rotary kiln firstly passes through the reburning chamber and then enters the flue gas waste heat recovery boiler for heat exchange, and the flue gas after heat exchange is dedusted by the high-temperature deduster and then emptied. And after the reaction is finished, the high-temperature clinker enters a deslagging waste heat recovery boiler to recover waste heat. By utilizing the method, the energy consumption, the production cost and the carbon emission during the production of the cement clinker can be greatly reduced, and the efficient and clean comprehensive utilization of the phosphogypsum is realized.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏分解制备SO2耦合水泥熟料生产的工艺方法,将磷石膏和煤的混合物料通过给料装置送入还原炉内,磷石膏被部分还原为CaS。还原炉出口物料进入焙烧炉,CaS和CaSO4在高温下反应生成CaO和SO2。来自焙烧炉的高温CaO直接送入回转窑,粘土、铁粉和煤被同时加入回转窑。利用CaO的余热和煤燃烧放热将回转窑加热至高温。回转窑产生的高温烟气首先经过燃烬室,接着进入烟气余热回收锅炉进行换热,换热后的烟气经高温除尘器除尘后排空。反应结束后,高温熟料进入排渣余热回收锅炉回收余热。利用本发明,可以大幅度降低水泥熟料生产的能源消耗、生产成本以及碳排放量,实现磷石膏高效清洁综合利用。
