Ardealite harmless treatment process
The invention provides a phosphogypsum innocent treatment process which comprises the following steps: adding recycled water into a phosphogypsum raw material, and uniformly stirring to obtain phosphogypsum slurry; the ardealite slurry is pumped into an efficient separator through a slurry pump to be graded, organic matter, small and micro-particle slag and small and micro ardealite are removed, and high-quality ardealite with the high concentration is obtained; settling the removed organic matters, the small-particle slag and the ardealite solution, removing the organic matters on the upper layer, and returning the small-particle slag and the ardealite slurry on the lower layer to the phosphoric acid production acidolysis process; the method comprises the following steps: adding reuse water into high-quality phosphogypsum with relatively high concentration, stirring, carrying out plate-frame pressure filtration, further removing soluble impurities from the phosphogypsum, and improving the quality of the phosphogypsum to obtain qualified dihydrate phosphogypsum and a stream of acidic wastewater; calcining the dihydrate phosphogypsum to obtain building gypsum powder; related chemicals are added into the acidic wastewater, various ions are precipitated, the wastewater enters a membrane integration process, obtained concentrated water is returned to a phosphoric acid production acidolysis process, and obtained deionized water is reused as reuse water.
本发明提供一种磷石膏无害化处理工艺,将磷石膏原料加入回用水搅拌均匀,得到磷石膏浆料;将磷石膏浆液通过浆料泵打入高效分离器进行分级,去除有机质、小微颗粒矿渣及小微磷石膏,获得浓度较高的高品质磷石膏;去除的有机质、小微颗粒矿渣及磷石膏溶液进行沉降,去除上层有机质,下层小微颗粒矿渣及磷石膏浆料返回磷酸生产酸解工序;浓度较高的高品质磷石膏加入回用水搅拌后经板框压滤,磷石膏进一步去除可溶性杂质,提高磷石膏品质,得到合格二水磷石膏和一股酸性废水;将二水磷石膏进行煅烧,得到建筑石膏粉;酸性废水中加入相关药剂,沉淀多种离子后进入膜集成工艺,得到浓水返回磷酸生产酸解工艺,得到去离子水做回用水回用。
