According to the invention, a scheme of combining raw material optimization and a curing process is adopted, and porous high-strength bauxite aggregate is introduced, so that the strength and carbonization efficiency of the pervious concrete are improved; the nano cellulose is introduced to increase the thickness of the coating layer and induce a carbonization product to further enhance the mechanical property of the pervious concrete, so that the energy consumption is reduced and carbon dioxide in industrial tail gas can be effectively utilized while a high-strength and high-durability pervious concrete product is obtained, and good economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits are achieved.
