The floor material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of Portland cement, 10 to 20 parts of 80 to 120-mesh quartz sand, 10 to 15 parts of 40 to 80-mesh quartz sand, 5 to 10 parts of 10 to 20-mesh carborundum, 5 to 10 parts of 20 to 40-mesh carborundum, 1 to 3 parts of water reducing agent, 6 to 8 parts of wood fiber, 3 to 5 parts of polymer nano rubber powder, 5 to 8 parts of sodium hexasilicate nonahydrate, 5 to 12 parts of inorganic toner and 1 to 3 parts of water repellent. The water-retaining maintenance-free carborundum wear-resistant material can form a sealing wear-resistant layer and a water-retaining layer on the surface of newly-poured concrete, so that the strength of the newly-poured concrete is improved under a good condition, and the situation that the strength is reduced due to excessive water on the surface of the concrete is avoided; the internal strength and the surface strength can be improved, and the service life of the concrete terrace is prolonged.
