The invention discloses a single-tower cable-stayed bridge curve superelevation positioning device which comprises a connecting block, a tripod is installed at the lower end of the connecting block, a rectangular block is fixedly connected to the upper end of the connecting block, a rotating groove is further formed in the upper end of the rectangular block, a rotating box is arranged in the rotating groove, an adjusting groove is formed in the upper end of the rotating box, and the adjusting groove is fixedly connected with the rectangular block. A mounting box is arranged in the adjusting groove, the two sides of the mounting box are rotationally connected with the inner wall of the adjusting groove through damping rotating shafts, a limiting groove is formed in the upper end of the mounting box, and a total station body is placed on the limiting groove; and the limiting mechanism is located in the limiting groove, and the limiting mechanism comprises a strip-shaped groove formed in the bottom in the limiting groove. When the positioning device is used, the positioning device is provided with a protective structure, through the use of the protective structure, the situation that the total station body is damaged when the tripod topples over can be effectively avoided, and in addition, the total station body is relatively simple to mount and dismount.
