The method has the beneficial effects that steel bar binding construction is conducted through the steel bar framework vertical binding inner and outer layer binding jig frame, inner and outer layer steel bars can be bound at the same time, the steel bar binding precision and efficiency are improved, and the construction period is shortened; the vertical construction inner and outer double-layer lifting construction platform is adopted for construction, the electric hydraulic lifting rods can be lifted along with the increase of the height of the box culvert, personnel operation is facilitated, the operation safety is improved, and the safety of constructors is guaranteed; the multifunctional auxiliary overturning jig frame is adopted for overturning construction of the box culvert, assembling is easy, the box culvert is convenient to move, transport and overturn, collision is avoided, manpower and investment of large equipment are saved, and cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种整体预制装配式节段箱涵及施工方法,包括以下步骤:搭设立式施工内外双层可升降施工平台,移至箱涵钢筋绑扎处;箱涵钢筋绑扎施工;钢模板安装施工;混凝土浇筑施工;养护施工。本发明的有益效果是:通过钢筋骨架立式绑扎内外双层绑扎胎架进行钢筋绑扎施工,内外层钢筋可同时绑扎,提高了钢筋绑扎精度和效率,节省了工期;采用立式施工内外双层可升降施工平台进行施工,电动液压升降杆随着箱涵高度的增加可升降,便于人员操作,提高了作业安全性,保证了施工人员安全;采用多功能辅助翻转胎架进行箱涵的翻转施工,组装简单,便于箱涵移运和翻转,避免产生磕碰,节约了人力和大型设备的投入,降低了成本。
