The invention provides a flexible ecological water interception and drainage ditch construction method which comprises the following steps: forming a soil water interception and drainage ditch on an upper slope surface of a tower footing through downward excavation; the bottom of the soil interception drainage ditch is filled with a plain soil layer and tamped to reduce leakage; geocells are laid on the inner side slope of the soil intercepting and draining ditch, and the geocells are reinforced through anchoring nails; the interior of the geocell is sequentially filled with a gravel layer and a reinforced planting soil layer from inside to outside; grass seeds are sown or drought-resistant and water-resistant grass ground cover plants are planted in the earthwork standard rooms at the bottoms of the ditches. The flexible reinforced structure of the geocell block layer can well adapt to deformation of roadbed slope soil and has the advantages of being high in strength, good in corrosion resistance, good in extension performance, large in deformation modulus and the like, after the geocell deforms along with the soil, the structure cannot crack, good stability and drainage function can still be kept, materials are convenient to transport, and the construction cost is reduced. The construction difficulty is small, the manufacturing cost is low, and the damage effect on the environment is small.
