The invention provides a water conservancy sewage discharge device which comprises a drainage well, a circular well lid is installed at a well mouth of the drainage well, an installation opening is formed in the center of the circular well lid, a rotating cylinder extending into the drainage well is rotationally connected into the installation opening, and a vertically-arranged fixing cylinder is fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the rotating cylinder; a lifting rod capable of lifting out of the upper end of the rotating cylinder is installed in the fixing cylinder, the upper end of the lifting rod extends out of the fixing cylinder, the two sides of the extending section of the lifting rod are rotationally connected with cleaning push plates through torsion springs, a pressing and lifting mechanism is installed in the bottom of the rotating cylinder, and a conical water bucket connected with the pressing and lifting mechanism is installed at the bottom of the rotating cylinder; and a water outlet is formed in the bottom of the conical water bucket. According to the device, when the water amount is large and the drainage pressure is large, the lifting rod can be automatically lifted, the two cleaning push plates are opened, the cleaning push plates are driven by water flow to rotate, then garbage on the well lid can be automatically cleaned, and blocking is avoided.
