The invention provides a pull-rope-free round tube roller shutter and a production process thereof.The pull-rope-free round tube roller shutter comprises a roller shutter body and a pair of fixing hooks used for hanging the roller shutter body, the roller shutter body comprises a plurality of round tubes which are sequentially and transversely arranged from top to bottom, the round tubes are woven through a plurality of vertical weaving threads, and roller shutter rails are installed at the upper end and the lower end of the roller shutter body; a pair of hanging buckles matched with the fixing hooks are installed on the roller shutter rail at the upper end in a sliding mode, and when the roller shutter is in a rolling state, the two ends of each double-end hook are arranged in the rolling side of the roller shutter and the gap between the vertical side weaving line and the round pipe in a hanging mode respectively in the rolling side of the roller shutter and the gap between the vertical side weaving line and the round pipe. The roller shutter does not have the safety problem of winding for children, and is low in cost, high in structural strength, easy to cut and assemble and high in universality.
