Macroporous alumina material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a macroporous alumina material and a preparation method thereof. Macropores of the macroporous alumina are circular spherical cavities or nearly circular spherical cavities, and the pore diameter of the macropores is 5-60 microns. The method comprises the following steps: fully and uniformly mixing an aluminum source, cane sugar, polyethylene glycol and at least one component selected from low-carbon alcohol and water, adding a coagulant into the mixture, aging, soaking, drying and roasting to obtain macroporous alumina. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and low in cost, and can be applied to the fields of various reaction processes in residual oil hydrogenation reaction, automobile exhaust treatment catalyst carriers, adsorption separation, chromatography, electrodes, acoustic resistance and thermal resistance materials.
本发明公开了一种大孔氧化铝材料及其制备方法。本发明的大孔氧化铝的大孔为圆形球腔或近圆形球腔,大孔孔径为5~60μm。本发明把铝源、蔗糖、聚乙二醇以及选自低碳醇和水至少一种的组分充分混合均匀,再将促凝剂加入到混合物中,经老化、浸泡、干燥和焙烧得到大孔氧化铝。本发明的制备方法简单,成本低廉,在渣油加氢反应中的各个反应流程、汽车尾气处理催化剂载体、吸附分离、色谱、电极、声阻及热阻材料领域中的应用。
