The method comprises the following steps: crushing undisturbed coal gangue into coarse aggregates by using a hammer crusher, then crushing the coarse aggregates into fine aggregates by using a jaw crusher, finally grinding the fine aggregates for 30 minutes by using a ball mill, and sieving the fine aggregates by using a 120-mesh square sieve for later use. Coal gangue, slag and quick lime are used as raw materials, and sodium hydroxide is used as an alkaline activator to prepare the concrete. The method solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by accumulation of a large amount of coal gangue waste.
