Sodium hypochlorite stabilization of waste incineration fly ash
The invention relates to the field of fly ash treatment, in particular to a sodium hypochlorite stabilized waste incineration fly ash which comprises a raw material manufacturing module, a hydro-thermal treatment module and a brick making module, the raw material manufacturing module comprises manufacturing equipment cleaning, raw material mixing and raw material processing and manufacturing, and the raw materials are processed and manufactured through detection of an X-ray diffractometer. It is found that original fly ash contains chlorine and sulfite ions, and the chlorine and sulfite ions exist in the forms of NaCl, KCl and (CaSO3) 2. H2O respectively. No obvious characteristic peaks of NaCl, KCl and (CaSO3) 2. H2O are found in the sample, which indicates that the removal of chlorine element and the oxidation of sulfite radical can be realized by the direct hydrothermal method (one-step method) of sodium hypochlorite ball milling and washing and the hydrothermal method (two-step method) of sodium hypochlorite after the sodium hypochlorite ball milling, washing and drying, and the XRD result confirms that after the sodium hypochlorite ball milling, washing and drying, the removal of the chlorine element and the oxidation of sulfite radical can be realized by the direct hydrothermal method (one-step method) of sodium hypochlorite ball milling, washing and drying. And then sodium hypochlorite is added for hydrothermal treatment, so that the removal of chlorine element and the oxidation of sulfite can be realized, and good dechlorination and sulfur stabilization effects are achieved.
