The invention discloses a high-temperature wave-absorbing material containing a dendritic nickel ceramic matrix and a preparation method of the high-temperature wave-absorbing material, relates to the field of wave-absorbing stealth materials, and aims to solve the problems that a wave-absorbing agent of an existing wave-absorbing material is easy to oxidize in a high-temperature service environment and the wave-absorbing performance is relatively poor. The high-temperature wave-absorbing material is formed by compounding dendritic nickel and a ceramic matrix. The method comprises the following steps: 1, grinding, polishing and cleaning an electro-deposition cathode material and an anode material; 2, preparing an electro-deposition plating solution; 3, the electro-deposition plating solution is poured into an electro-deposition tank, the annular nickel sheet is placed into the electro-deposition tank, a quartz glass sheet is placed at the bottom of the electro-deposition tank, and an electro-deposition cathode material is located on the upper portion of the center of the glass sheet; switching on a power supply for electro-deposition; 4, cleaning the dendritic nickel; 5, drying the ceramic matrix raw material; 6, adding the dendritic nickel into the ceramic matrix raw material, uniformly mixing, and carrying out compression molding to obtain a ceramic matrix green body containing the dendritic nickel; and 7, sintering and densifying the ceramic-based green body to obtain the dendritic nickel-containing ceramic-based high-temperature wave-absorbing material. The method is used for preparing the wave-absorbing material.
一种含枝状镍陶瓷基的高温吸波材料及其制备方法,涉及吸波隐身材料领域,要解决现有吸波材料在高温服役环境中吸波剂易发生氧化,吸波性能较差的问题。该高温吸波材料由枝状镍和陶瓷基体复合而成。方法:一、将电沉积阴极材料及阳极材料打磨、抛光、清洗;二、配置电沉积镀液;三、将电沉积镀液倒入电沉积槽,并将环形镍片放入电沉积槽,将石英玻璃片置于电沉积槽底部,电沉积阴极材料位于玻璃片中心上部;接通电源进行电沉积;四、将枝状镍清洗;五、将陶瓷基体原料干燥;六、将枝状镍加入陶瓷基体原料中混合均匀,模压成型,得到含枝状镍的陶瓷基生坯;七、将陶瓷基生坯进行烧结致密,得到含枝状镍陶瓷基高温吸波材料。本发明用于制备吸波材料。
