The invention discloses a construction method of an anti-bending composite beam unit, which comprises the following steps of: (1) prefabricating a first steel beam unit in a factory according to a designed line shape, and hoisting the first steel beam unit to a concrete pedestal to form a cantilever beam; (3) welding shear nails on a top plate of the first steel beam unit, binding a reinforcing mesh, mounting a template, and pouring top plate concrete; (4) removing a vertical load after the concrete poured in the step (3) reaches the design strength, and recovering the first steel beam to a horizontal position; and a prefabricated second steel beam unit is welded to the lower portion of the first steel beam unit, and the anti-bending composite beam is formed. The method is suitable for construction of a bridge with the span of 20 m or above, the pressed side can be effectively prevented from being unstable when the steel beam is pre-bent, the machining and manufacturing difficulty of the anti-bending composite beam is reduced, the applicable span of the anti-bending composite beam is increased, economical efficiency is good, and good application and popularization value is achieved.
本发明公开了一种反弯组合梁单元的施工方法,包括①在工厂内按设计线形预制第一钢梁单元,然后将第一钢梁单元吊运至混凝土台座上,形成悬臂梁②在第一钢梁单元两侧端部施加竖向荷载,使第一钢梁单元弯曲至设计位置③在第一钢梁单元的顶板上焊接剪力钉,绑扎钢筋网,并安装模板,浇筑顶板混凝土④待步骤三浇筑的混凝土达到设计强度后,撤去竖向荷载,第一钢梁恢复至水平位置⑤撤去混凝土台座,并在第一钢梁单元的下部焊接预制的第二钢梁单元,形成反弯组合梁。本发明适用于20米以上跨径桥梁的施工,能有效防止钢梁预弯时受压侧失稳,降低反弯组合梁的加工制作难度,增大反弯组合梁的适用跨径,且经济性好,具有较好的推广应用价值。
