The device comprises a dewatering well, a filter pipe, a water conveying pipe, water pumping equipment, a cleaning cylinder and a supporting cylinder, a plurality of filtering holes are formed in the outer circumferential wall of the filtering pipe, the top end of the filtering pipe communicates with a water conveying pipe, and the water conveying pipe extends out of the dewatering well and is connected with water pumping equipment; the dewatering well is filled with a first coarse sand layer and a clay layer; the cleaning cylinder is connected above the filter pipe through a telescopic rod piece, the inner diameter of the cleaning cylinder is the same as the outer diameter of the filter pipe, and a pull rod is arranged on the cleaning cylinder; the cleaning cylinder is sleeved with the supporting cylinder, the top end of the supporting cylinder is provided with a pull sleeve penetrating out of the dewatering well and fixed to the dewatering well, the pull sleeve is communicated with the interior of the supporting cylinder, and the pull rod penetrates out of the pull sleeve. By means of the first coarse sand layer, the second coarse sand layer, the net bag and the filter pipe, multi-layer filtration of seepage water is achieved, the content of silt in pumped water is reduced, and the protection effect on the water pumping equipment is achieved.
