The invention discloses a construction method for foundation pit dewatering and supporting. The construction method comprises the steps that the plane size of a main body frame is determined based on the size of an excavation face of a foundation pit; a cutting tool, a transmission chain and a motor are mounted in each independent space of the main body frame; the four corners of the foundation pit are each provided with a ground counter-force support, and pushing columns are installed on the ground counter-force supports. The main body frame is pushed downwards through a pushing column, and meanwhile, a motor is started to enable a cutting tool to cut a soil body, so that the main body frame is tunneled downwards; and the main body frame serves as a base of the main body structure, the main body structure is installed when the main body frame is tunneled to the corresponding designed elevation, the ground counter-force support acts on the main body structure through the pushing column, and sinking of the main body structure and the main body frame is completed. The method has the advantages that pre-supporting and pre-dewatering of excavation of each layer of soil body of the foundation pit can be realized through sinking of the main body frame and cutting of the bottom soil body, so that the exposure time of excavation of the foundation pit is shortened, the construction period is shortened, and the influence of construction on the surrounding environment is reduced.
