Rapid relocation and transformation method for small-diameter rain sewage pipeline
The invention provides a small-diameter rain and sewage pipeline rapid relocation method which comprises the following steps: S1, surveying and setting out a relocation pipeline, and dividing the relocation pipeline into a plurality of construction sections according to the surrounding environment characteristics of a relocation line and the influence range on the road; s2, a pipeline groove is excavated in a sloping mode; s3, roughening treatment is conducted on the joint of the corrugated pipe, and a groove is excavated in the position, corresponding to the joint of the corrugated pipe, of the sand cushion layer; s4, connecting a heat shrink tube to the joint of two adjacent corrugated tubes in a sleeving manner, and bonding the outer surfaces of the heat shrink tube and the corrugated tubes into a whole in a heating manner; s5, the corrugated pipes of the different construction sections are in butt joint, and the grooves are backfilled after butt joint is completed; and S6, the corrugated pipes are connected with the corresponding inspection wells, and relocation is completed. Double-wall corrugated pipe and thermal shrinkable sleeve connection is used for replacing traditional reinforced concrete pipeline and socket type connection, mechanical use is reduced, the construction risk is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
