The invention relates to the technical field of stair splicing construction, in particular to a trolley system for prefabricated stair plate splicing and a splicing method.The trolley system comprises a trolley used for carrying prefabricated stair plates and conveying the prefabricated stair plates to a mounting position, and a walking mechanism arranged on the trolley comprises a front wheel, a middle wheel and a rear wheel; the trolley carries the prefabricated stair plate through the lifting bearing plate assembly; the supporting piles are used for temporarily bearing the prefabricated stair plates, and the trolley loads the prefabricated stair plates from the supporting piles; the driving assembly comprises a driver, and the driver is connected with the trolley through a traction cable and used for controlling the trolley to slide to the installation position from the initial position of the top of the installation foundation and pulling the trolley back to the initial position. The stair precast slabs are transported to the installation position through the trolley to be spliced, the splicing construction efficiency can be improved, construction in some narrow environments can be achieved, the safety and reliability of construction can be improved, and losses of manpower and material resources can be reduced.
