Cold mixing type semi-flexible pavement material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cold mixing type semi-flexible pavement material and a preparation method thereof. The material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 54 to 108 parts of emulsified asphalt, 1000 to 1200 parts of aggregate, 63 to 125 parts of mineral powder, 45 to 90 parts of cement, 5 to 9 parts of sulphoaluminate rapid hardening cement, 4 to 9 parts of fine sand, 8 to 16 parts of silica fume, 4 to 9 parts of expanding agent and 0.1 to 0.5 part of early strength agent. The material is prepared by the following steps: uniformly mixing aggregate, mineral powder, cement, sulphoaluminate quick-hardening cement, fine sand, silica fume and an expanding agent to obtain a first mixture; and adding the early strength agent into the emulsified asphalt, uniformly mixing, adding into the first mixture in a stirring state, and fully mixing to obtain the early strength asphalt. Based on the synergistic effect of all the components, the high-temperature stability, water stability and fatigue performance of the material are greatly improved, high-temperature heating is not needed, a water reducing agent is not added into the semi-flexible pavement material, the material is endowed with excellent toughness and early hardening, and the technical requirements for rapid construction and rapid use can be met.
