Pouring type semi-flexible pavement material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of semi-flexible pavement materials, and particularly relates to a pouring type semi-flexible pavement material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials comprise an asphalt mixture, reinforcing filaments and cement slurry; construction is conducted, specifically, the asphalt mixture and reinforcing wires are mixed, and the mixture is flatly laid on a roadbed; after the mixed material is solidified, pouring cement slurry into the surface of the mixed material, and enabling the cement slurry to permeate into the gaps; and after all the cement slurry is poured, the pouring type semi-flexible pavement material is made and laid on a roadbed. According to the embodiment, the strength of the asphalt mixture is improved by arranging the reinforcing wires, and a plurality of burrs are formed in the prepared asphalt mixture, so that cement slurry is in contact with the burrs during grouting of the cement slurry, the slurry hanging rate is increased, the cement material and the asphalt mixture are not easy to separate, the joint filling condition of the cement slurry is improved, and the service life of the asphalt mixture is prolonged. The prepared pavement material is good in performance.
本发明属于半柔性路面材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种灌注式半柔性路面材料及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括:准备原料,所述原料包括沥青混合料、加强丝和水泥浆料;施工:将所述沥青混合料与加强丝混合,混合料平铺于路基上;待混合物料凝固后,混合物料表面灌入的水泥浆料,使水泥浆料渗入缝隙中;所有水泥浆料灌注完毕后,灌注式半柔性路面材料制成,并且铺设在了路基上。本实施例通过设置加强丝来增加沥青混合料的强度,并在制备的沥青混合料中形成许多个“毛刺”,则水泥浆料灌浆时,水泥浆料与毛刺接触,增加挂浆率,使得水泥物料与沥青混合料不易分离,改善了水泥浆料的填缝情况,制备得到的路面材料性能好。
