The invention relates to a carbon fiber high-performance grouting material and a preparation method of the carbon fiber high-performance grouting material. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 150 to 250 parts of expansive cement, 550 to 650 parts of ordinary cement, 50 to 70 parts of fly ash, 40 to 60 parts of silica fume, 80 to 100 parts of mineral powder, 5 to 6 parts of water reducing agent, 0.2 to 0.4 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 to 0.7 part of expanding agent, 1.1 to 1.3 parts of dispersing agent, 5 to 6 parts of short carbon fiber, 900 to 1100 parts of aggregate and 200 to 300 parts of water. Compared with the prior art, the expansive cement and the Portland cement are mixed, so that the early strength is improved, and the fly ash is doped, so that the hydration reaction of the cement clinker can be slowed down, and the early flowability is improved. The silica fume and the mineral powder can well fill gaps between the cement and the fly ash, so that the later strength of the grouting material is improved; in addition, the chopped carbon fibers are doped, so that the mechanical toughness and crack resistance of the grouting material can be effectively improved.
本发明涉及一种碳纤维高性能灌浆料及其制备方法,所述灌浆料原料按重量计,其原料包括:膨胀性水泥150‑250份、普通水泥550‑650份、粉煤灰50‑70份、硅灰40‑60份、矿粉80‑100份、减水剂5‑6份、消泡剂0.2‑0.4份、膨胀剂0.5‑0.7份、分散剂1.1‑1.3份、短切碳纤维5‑6份、骨料900‑1100份以及水200‑300份。与现有技术相比,本发明使用膨胀性水泥和硅酸盐水泥混合,提高了早期强度,而粉煤灰的掺入,能够减缓水泥熟料的水化反应,增加早期的流动性。硅灰与矿粉能够很好的填充水泥、粉煤灰之间的空隙,提高灌浆料后期强度;另外掺入短切碳纤维,能有效提高灌浆料的力学韧性和抗裂能力。
