The invention discloses a preparation method of a roadbed water stabilizing material based on ardealite, which comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment of ardealite: firstly, establishing a large tank size mixing tank, a cyclone, a slag slurry buffer, a filter and a sewage treatment system, connecting through a pump body pipeline, and carrying out uniform size mixing, concentration, washing and filtration on the ardealite solid through the pump body pipeline; meanwhile, the wastewater is subjected to stage treatment and cyclic utilization; s2, preparing a phosphogypsum roadbed water stabilizing material: after phosphogypsum pretreatment is completed, preparing the phosphogypsum roadbed water stabilizing material according to the mass ratio of 45%-75% of phosphogypsum, 35%-15% of graded gravel and 10% of cement through a preparation device. The method can greatly improve the utilization rate of phosphogypsum, and the utilization rate is greater than or equal to 55%; meanwhile, the optimal mixing ratio range is found through multiple experiments, and the strength of the phosphogypsum water-stabilized material roadbed is improved; the ardealite is purified, so that the harm is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the wastewater is treated.
本发明设计公开了一种基于磷石膏的路基水稳料的制备方法,该方法包括S1、磷石膏的预处理:先建立大型罐体调浆槽、旋流器、渣浆缓冲、过滤机、污水处理系统并通过泵体管道连接,通过其将磷石膏固体进行混均调浆、提浓、洗涤和过滤,同时对废水进行分级处理并循环利用;S2、配制磷石膏路基水稳料:完成磷石膏预处理后,通过配制装置按磷石膏45%‑75%、级配砾石35%‑15%、水泥10%的质量比来配制磷石膏路基水稳料。该方法可将磷石膏利用率大大提高,利用率达到≥55%;同时经多次实验找到了最佳配合比范围,提高了磷石膏水稳料路基强度;净化了磷石膏,减少了危害大大减小;同时处理了废水。
