And the use amount of the humidifying water is calculated according to the optimal water content obtained by a compaction test. The roadbed water-stable layer material disclosed by the invention can realize comprehensive treatment of various wastes at the same time, reduces the road repairing cost, also has water-resistant stability, and improves the strength of the water-stable layer material.
本发明属于环保型路面水稳层材料制备领域,尤其为利用铁尾矿渣制作的环保型路基水稳层材料及其制备方法,按照质量份数,水泥3‑5份,氧化钙4份‑6份,50mm以下碎石3‑10份,粉煤灰5‑10份,60mm以下细粒土40‑70份,5mm以下粒径废铁尾矿渣控制在10‑30份以内,0.02‑0.03份的复合稳定剂,由击实试验得出最佳含水率算出的增湿水用量。本发明的路基水稳层材料能同时实现多种废弃物的综合处理,降低修路成本,同时还具有抗水稳定性,提高水稳层材料强度。
