The refractory material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of waste magnesia-calcium bricks of which the granularity is greater than 3 and less than or equal to 5mm, 25-30 parts of waste magnesia-calcium bricks of which the granularity is greater than 1 and less than or equal to 3mm, 15-20 parts of waste magnesia-calcium bricks of which the granularity is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 1mm, 10-20 parts of fused magnesite of which the granularity is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 1mm, and 15-25 parts of fused magnesite of which the granularity is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 1mm. The additional binding agent accounts for 3-5% of the weight of the raw material components, and the waterproof agent accounts for 4-8% of the weight of the raw material components; the waste magnesia-calcium bricks are soaked in water in advance. According to the method, the waste magnesia-calcium bricks are subjected to water soaking treatment and high-temperature firing, so that CaO grains grow up, the hydration activity is further reduced, and the utilization rate of the waste magnesia-calcium bricks is increased.
本发明涉及一种以废镁钙砖为主料的耐火材料及其制备方法,是由下列重量份数的原料制备而成:3<粒度≤5mm的废镁钙砖25~30份,1<粒度≤3mm的废镁钙砖25~30份,0<粒度≤1mm的废镁钙砖15~20份,0<粒度≤1mm的电熔镁砂10~20份,200目的电熔镁砂15~25份,外加结合剂为原料组分重量的3~5%,防水化剂为原料组分重量的4~8%;所述废镁钙砖预先进行浸水处理。本发明中通过将废镁钙砖进行浸水处理,高温烧成,使得CaO晶粒长大,进而降低水化活性,提高废镁钙砖的利用率。
