Construction method of pavement high-viscosity asphalt thin overlay
The invention relates to the technical field of high-viscosity asphalt thin overlay, and discloses a pavement high-viscosity asphalt thin overlay construction method which comprises the following steps: 1) grouting and repairing cracks in an original pavement; (2) a milling machine is used for milling and planing to form a milled and planed road surface; (3) a sweeper is used for sweeping; (4) carrying out one-way hot air blowing drying by utilizing hot air equipment; 5) spraying an adhesive layer on the milled pavement; (6) paving a mixture on the milled pavement by using a paver, wherein the mixture is formed by stirring and mixing aggregate, mineral powder and modified asphalt; in the process of paving the mixture, the temperature of the mixture is kept higher than the set paving temperature, high-viscosity asphalt is synchronously sprayed to the paved mixture through a spraying machine, the high-viscosity asphalt is mixed in the mixture, and the mixture forms a paving layer on the milled pavement; (7) rolling by using a road roller to form a thin overlay; and (8) covering an isolating membrane layer on the thin-layer cover surface, spraying water on the isolating membrane layer, cooling to a set temperature, and removing the isolating membrane layer from the thin-layer cover surface.
