Construction method for high viscosity modified asphalt pavement
The invention provides a construction method for a high viscosity modified asphalt pavement. The construction method comprises the following steps of S1, preparing construction equipment; S2, designing a mix proportion of high viscosity modified asphalt and a mix proportion of a high viscosity modified asphalt mixture and carrying out waterproof bonding layer treatment on the pavement; S3, stirring the high viscosity modified asphalt mixture and directly putting the viscosity modified asphalt into an asphalt mixture mixer to be mixed by using a putting device; S4, transporting the high viscosity modified asphalt mixture to a construction site; S5, carrying out preparation work before paving the high viscosity modified asphalt mixture; S6, selecting and adjusting using parameters of a paver; S7, carrying out paving operation; S8, grinding and forming the high viscosity modified asphalt mixture; and S9, carrying out joint treatment. The high viscosity modified asphalt can be directly putin the asphalt mixture mixer to be dry-mixed with an aggregate without being sheared and modified at a high temperature. An application process is simple and easy to operate, and health of productionstaff is further facilitated and adverse effects to the ecological environment are reduced.
本发明提出了一种高粘改性沥青路面施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、准备施工设备;S2、设计高粘改性沥青配合比以及高粘改性沥青混合料配合比,对路面进行防水粘结层处理;S3、高粘改性沥青混合料拌制,用投放装置将高粘改性沥青直接投入沥青混合料拌和机中拌制;S4、运输高粘改性沥青混合料至施工现场;S5、进行高粘改性沥青混合料摊铺前的准备工作;S6、对摊铺机使用参数进行选择与调整;S7、进行摊铺作业;S8、将高粘改性沥青混合料碾压成型;S9、接缝处理。本发明的高粘改性沥青可直接投入沥青混合料拌和机内与集料干拌,不需要高温剪切改性,应用工艺简单且易操作,且更利于生产人员的健康及减少生态坏境不良的影响。
