The invention provides a rubber sealing belt quick replacement method based on an expansion joint device, and relates to the field of bridge expansion joints. The rubber sealing belt based on the expansion joint device comprises a left frame body and a right frame body, the top of one side of the left frame body penetrates through and is fixedly connected with an anchor plate, the top of one side of the right frame body penetrates through and is fixedly connected with an angle steel plate, and the top of one side of the angle steel plate is fixedly connected with an angle steel cover plate; the bottoms of the adjacent sides of the left frame body and the right frame body penetrate through and are fixedly connected with stainless steel cylinders. A plug pin or a hook is inserted into a hanging ring, then an original rubber sealing belt and an original stainless steel cylinder are taken down from the expansion joint device, during pulling, a scraping plate cleans sundries on the rubber sealing belt, and the sundries are conveyed into a collecting box after being cleaned. A new rubber sealing belt and a new stainless steel cylinder are installed in the expansion joint device according to the correct direction and position, and replacement of the rubber sealing belt is facilitated.
