The sliding plate is installed on the base body in a sliding mode, and the sliding plate is connected with the protection pile in an engaged mode; the sliding holes are formed in the sliding plate; the bolts are connected to the base body in a threaded mode, and the bolts penetrate through the sliding holes; the square sleeve is mounted on the outer side of the bolt and is used for protecting the bolt; load generated after the protective piles are collided is converted into thrust of the sliding plates on the square sleeves in the horizontal direction, compared with thrust borne by bolts of an existing guardrail in the vertical direction, the probability that the bolts fall off from the base bodies during collision is reduced through the mode, the probability that the protective piles intercept vehicles after being collided is increased, and the service life of the protective piles is prolonged. And the safety of a road on one side, which is not impacted, of the protective fence is ensured.
