When sediment in the stagnant water area is discharged, sediment disturbs and blocks sludge through a stirring assembly and a water spraying assembly, so that the deposited sludge is scattered, the sludge is conveniently taken away by water flow, and the sludge in the stagnant water area is disturbed and continuously discharged.
