Ice and snow in the ice and snow collecting pool are melted through the heating body, water generated by melting the ice and snow in the ice and snow collecting pool is connected with the water purification and disinfection mechanism through a pipeline, the water purification and disinfection mechanism is connected with the heat preservation water tank through a pipeline, and the heat preservation water tank is connected with an indoor water system.
