The disinfecting and flushing device comprises a disinfecting medium generating mechanism, a jet device and a bypass pipe mechanism, the jet device comprises a flushing channel, the flushing channel is provided with an input port, a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet of the flushing channel is used for being communicated with a tap water pipeline, and the bypass pipe mechanism is used for being communicated with the input port. A water outlet of the flushing channel is used for being communicated with a water inlet of a closestool, the input port is located between the water inlet and the water outlet, the disinfection medium generating mechanism is communicated with the flushing channel of the jet device through the input port, the bypass pipe mechanism comprises a bypass pipe channel, the bypass pipe channel is provided with a water inlet end and a water outlet end, and the water inlet end of the bypass pipe channel is communicated with the water inlet of the flushing channel. And the water outlet end of the bypass pipe channel is communicated with the water outlet of the flushing channel. According to the invention, a disinfection medium generated by the disinfection medium generation mechanism smoothly enters the jet device to be mixed with tap water to form disinfectant fluid, and meanwhile, the requirement of flushing amount of the closestool is met, and sterilization, disinfection and deodorization are realized while the closestool is flushed.
