The invention discloses a transfer structure for an ETFE roof membrane cable and a cornice and a construction method thereof, and the transfer structure comprises a plurality of cantilever beams which are connected to a cornice structure and are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the cornice structure; the first cable clamp structure is mounted at the second end of the cantilever beam; the second cable clamp structure is detachably mounted on the first cable clamp structure; a vertically-arranged through hole is formed in the first end of the cantilever beam, the lower end of the anchoring plate is inserted into the through hole, and the end of the radial cable is detachably connected to the anchoring plate; the cable saddle is installed in the middle of the cantilever beam, a clamping groove is formed in the side, facing the cornice structure, of the first cable clamp structure, one side of the cable saddle is embedded in the clamping groove, a through arc-shaped groove is formed in the top of the cable saddle, the two ends of the arc-shaped groove are aligned to the second cable clamp structure and the anchoring plate respectively, and the end of the radial cable is embedded in the arc-shaped groove. The problem that at the cornice, conversion connection between the cable system supporting type membrane roof structure and the cornice structure is difficult is solved.
