The invention provides a mine pit hole repairing method combining mine waste backfilling and residual sludge packaging. The mine pit hole repairing method comprises the following steps that fly ash-lime stabilized excess sludge is flatly laid to a natural base layer at the bottom of a mine pit hole and stacked to the side wall of the mine pit hole, and a bottom sludge lining layer and a side wall sludge lining layer are formed through compaction; the residual sludge, the anaerobic ammonia oxidation sludge and the nitrification sludge are sequentially backfilled on the bottom sludge lining layer to form a triple combined sludge layer; and backfilling mine wastes on the triple composite sludge layer to form a mine waste layer. In addition, the mine pit hole repairing method further comprises the step that after mine waste is backfilled, a top cover layer is laid on the mine waste. According to the method, the mine pit is backfilled with the mine waste and encapsulated with the solid waste such as the excess sludge, waste can be effectively treated with waste, the problems of geological environment disasters in mining areas, ecological restoration, vegetation restoration and the like are solved, and green mine construction can be promoted.
