The invention provides an anti-ultraviolet heat insulation composite material and a preparation method thereof, and the anti-ultraviolet heat insulation composite material comprises a substrate, an anti-ultraviolet OCA glue layer and a PET infrared reflection film; the anti-ultraviolet OCA adhesive layer comprises 10 to 40 parts by mass of a pressure-sensitive adhesive, 0.1 to 0.5 part by mass of an ultraviolet absorbent, 0.05 to 0.1 part by mass of a curing agent and 30 to 50 parts by mass of an organic solvent. The composite material integrates ultraviolet resistance and heat insulation, not only can insulate heat, but also has good ultraviolet shielding performance, the manufacturing method is simple, the composite material provides a new choice for ultraviolet resistance and heat insulation in the fields of automobiles, buildings and the like, and human health can be better protected.
