Silicon carbide fiber composite aerogel felt as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a silicon carbide fiber composite aerogel felt as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The composite aerogel felt comprises an ablation-resistant layer, a shading layer and a heat insulation layer. The preparation method of the composite aerogel felt comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a silicon carbide nanofiber suspension; (2) preparing a silicon carbide nanofiber felt through vacuum filtration; (3) spraying an ablation-resistant coating on the surface of the silicon carbide nanofiber felt, and performing high-temperature heat treatment to obtain the ablation-resistant coating; (4) preparing water dispersion slurry by taking silicon carbide powder, titanium dioxide, aluminum oxide and the like as opacifying agents and PVA polymer as a binder, and drying to prepare a thin strip; and (5) designing a multi-layer structure, laminating and coating to obtain the silicon carbide nanofiber composite aerogel felt. According to the obtained aerogel felt, the high temperature resistance of nanofiber aerogel is improved, the laminated structure has certain flexibility and can be bent and folded, the preparation process is simple, and large-scale preparation is easy to achieve.
本发明公开了一种碳化硅纤维复合气凝胶毡及其制备方法和应用。该复合气凝胶毡包括耐烧蚀层、遮光层和隔热层,此复合气凝胶毡的制备方法包括:(1)制备碳化硅纳米纤维悬浮液;(2)通过真空抽滤备碳化硅纳米纤维毡;(3)碳化硅纳米纤维毡表面喷涂耐烧蚀涂层,经高温热处理得到耐烧蚀层;(4)以碳化硅粉体、二氧化钛、氧化铝等为遮光剂及PVA聚合物为粘结剂制备水分散浆料,经烘干制备薄带;(5)多层结构设计、叠层与包覆,得到碳化硅纳米纤维复合气凝胶毡。本发明得到的气凝胶毡提高了纳米纤维气凝胶的耐高温性,并且此叠层结构具有一定的柔性、可弯曲、可折叠、制备工艺流程简单,易实现规模化制备。
