Thus, through mutual cooperation of the heat exchange pipe sections, the heat dissipation pipe sections and the supporting pipe piles, on the first hand, the synergistic effect of cooling and foundation strengthening is achieved, long-term stability of road engineering is guaranteed, and through the supporting and protecting effects of the supporting pipe piles, the risk that internal heat exchange working media leak and lose efficacy due to the fact that the heat exchange pipe sections are damaged due to stress can be avoided; and on the second aspect, through a cold conduction loop formed between the heat dissipation pipe section and the heat exchange pipe section, natural cold energy of the permafrost region is fully utilized to conduct temperature control on the foundation, cooling refrigeration is conducted on the permafrost soft foundation based on the passive refrigeration technology, and the method is environmentally friendly, low in carbon and capable of saving energy.
