By means of the tensile stress generated by the load of the embankment inclusion and the dynamic load on the upper carriageway on the inclusion geotextile material, the geotextile material tightly wraps the soil body, the deformation condition of the soil body is improved, the shear strength of the embankment is improved, and the effect of stabilizing the interior of the embankment is achieved. Meanwhile, the geonet is used as a tie bar to be connected with the retaining wall, and the retaining wall, the tie bar geonet and the embankment wrapping body are mutually restricted to form a whole by utilizing the friction force between the embankment wrapping body and the tie bar geonet, so that the engineering performance of the whole supporting and retaining structure is improved.
