본 발명은, 토사를 성토하여 시공하는 성토부 옹벽 구조에 있어서, 토사를 성토하고 다져서 형성되는 성토부(1); 복수 개의 패널(10)을 적층하여 옹벽의 전면을 형성하는 패널부(2); 상기 성토부(1)와 패널부(2)를 연결하여 패널부(2)를 고정하고 지지하는 패널지지체(200)를 포함하는 성토부 옹벽 구조와 성토부 옹벽 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
