Anti-clogging circulating blowdown water seal system and circulating blowdown method
The invention relates to the technical field of drainage structures, and discloses an anti-clogging circulating drainage water seal system and a circulating drainage method.According to the anti-clogging circulating drainage water seal system, sewage is introduced into a buffer tank, then a double-layer floating ball obtains buoyancy of step change according to the change of the liquid level in the buffer tank, a balance weight piston is driven to move in a piston cylinder, and circulating drainage is conducted; and the buoyancy does not change continuously but changes in a step manner, so that the liquid level in the buffer tank is prevented from floating up and down repeatedly in a small range at a specific liquid level like a liquid level controlled by a floating ball valve. In the drainage process, the liquid level in the buffer tank firstly rises to nearly fill the buffer tank, particulate matters in the sewage are precipitated to form supernate, then the lower-layer sewage containing a large number of particulate matters is continuously discharged, and the supernate is left in the buffer tank to form water seal and prevent the counterweight piston from being clamped. The whole device is not provided with a rotating piece, a bent flow channel and a valve plate, and even if sundries such as toilet paper are directly thrown into the toilet after defecation, the toilet is not prone to being blocked.
本发明涉及排水构筑物技术领域,公开了一种抗堵塞的循环排污水封系统及循环排污方法,本发明中,通过将污水引入缓冲罐,然后以缓冲罐中液位的变化使双层浮球获得阶跃变化的浮力,驱动配重活塞在活塞筒中移动并循环排水,且由于浮力不是连续变化而是阶跃变化,避免了缓冲罐内液位像浮球阀控制的液位那样在特定液位反复小幅度上下浮动。排水过程中,缓冲罐内液位先上升到接近充满缓冲罐并使污水中的颗粒物沉淀下去形成上清液,然后包含大量颗粒物的下层污水连续排出,上清液残留在缓冲罐中形成水封并避免配重活塞被卡住。整个装置中无转动件、无弯曲流道、无阀板,即使在便后将卫生纸等杂物直接丢入便器也不易堵塞。
