The invention provides a newly-reinforced combined engineering bamboo beam column component in a module building structure and a connecting method thereof. The connecting method comprises the steps of combining the engineering bamboo beam column component, treating upper and lower embedded steel bars, manufacturing and winding a reinforcing layer, and connecting nodes of the engineering bamboo beam-column component through left and right upper and lower corner fittings. Short square tubes of the connecting members are welded on three side edges of the corner fittings; the corresponding beam column engineering bamboo components are inserted through the short square pipes and then are connected through corresponding holes of the left corner piece and the right corner piece; in order to better enhance the resistance strength of the system, the short square tubes for connecting the engineering bamboo components adopt a mode of installing transverse bolts in bolt holes; and finally, the upper, lower, left and right units are combined into a complete module structure through connecting steel plate pieces. The invention aims to develop a combined component taking engineering bamboos as ecological materials, reinforce the component by using bamboo materials and expand the possibility of applying the engineering bamboos to a modular structure, thereby assisting the achievement of a national dual-carbon strategic target. On the other hand, the assembly type engineering bamboo structure module is spliced into a full-prefabricated unit in a factory on site, and has the outstanding advantages of being high in integration level, high in construction speed, good in engineering quality and the like.
本发明提供模块建筑结构中新加固的组合工程竹梁柱构件及其连接方法,包括:组合工程竹梁柱构件、上下预埋钢筋的处理、加固层做法和缠绕方法,连接工程竹梁‑柱构件的节点用左右的上下角件;在角件三侧边焊接连接构件的短方管;通过短方管插入相应的梁柱工程竹构件,然后通过左右角件的相应孔进行连接;为了更好地加强体系的抗力强度,工程竹构件连接短方管采用螺栓孔安装横向螺栓的方式;最后用连接钢板件,将上下左右单元组合成一个完整的模块结构。本发明的目的是开发以工程竹为生态化材料的组合构件,通过用竹材料进行构件加固并拓展将工程竹用于模块式结构的可能性,助力国家“双碳”战略目标实现。另一方面装配式工程竹结构模块由工厂在现场拼接成全预制单元,具有集成度高、建造速度快、工程质量优等突出优势。
