Novel reinforced engineering bamboo component in space structure and connecting mode of novel reinforced engineering bamboo component
The invention provides a novel reinforced engineering bamboo member in a space structure and a connecting mode thereof, and the novel reinforced engineering bamboo member comprises a reinforced rectangular engineering bamboo member which is provided with members with upper and lower pre-embedded steel bars, and the pre-embedded steel bars are provided with end screws; the reinforcing layer is formed by taking bamboo chips or bamboo splits and biological stuffing as base materials and resin as an adhesive, and is used for winding the engineering bamboo component; transverse bolt holes are formed in the two side faces of the end of the novel reinforced engineering bamboo component; inclined angles aiming at the curved surface of the space structure are arranged at the two ends of the novel reinforced engineering bamboo component; the invention relates to a node system for connecting novel reinforced engineering bamboo members. The node system comprises a hexagonal hub ring body; a short square pipe is welded to each side face of the hub ring body and used for installing a novel reinforced engineering bamboo component end, and an inclination angle aiming at a spatial structure curved surface is designed at one end of each short square pipe. A short square pipe is inserted into an engineering bamboo component, then upper and lower corresponding holes are designed in each side face of the hub ring body to insert steel bar end screw parts, and upper and lower gasket nuts are installed on the steel bar screw parts when the steel bar end screw parts are inserted into the corresponding positions, so that the component and the hub ring body are connected together. Transverse bolts are installed through the bolt holes in the engineering bamboo components and the two side faces of the short square pipe ends.
本发明提供空间结构中的新型加固的工程竹构件及其连接方式,包括:加固的矩形工程竹构件,其有上下预埋钢筋的构件,预埋钢筋设有端螺丝;加固层以竹片或竹篾、生物填料为基体材料、树脂为胶黏剂而成的,用于缠绕工程竹构件;新型加固的工程竹构件端两侧面的横向螺栓孔;新型加固的工程竹构件两端设有针对空间结构曲面的倾向角;连接新型加固的工程竹构件的节点体系,其六角形毂环体;毂环体每一侧面焊接短方管,用于安装新型加固的工程竹构件端,在短方管一端设计针对空间结构曲面的倾向角;通过短方管插入工程竹的构件然后通过毂环体每一侧面设计上下相应孔插入钢筋端螺丝部分,插入到应该的部位安装上下垫片螺母在钢筋螺丝部分这样就会把构件与毂环体连接在一起;通过工程竹构件及短方管端两侧面上的的螺栓孔安装横向螺栓。
