The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a guniting and plastering method of a plastering robot system.The plastering robot system comprises a plastering robot, a positioning nail set and a positioning block, and control over the plastering flatness, perpendicularity and plastering thickness is achieved in the mode that positioning nails and the positioning block are combined with the plastering robot; the guniting and plastering method comprises the following steps that construction is prepared in advance; a forming face parallel to the plane where the preset standard line is located is established, and the wall plastering thickness is determined based on the forming face; based on the plastering robot, a mortar spraying head is installed on a lifting frame of the plastering robot, and a mortar conveying pipe is connected to complete mortar spraying operation; the guniting head is a replaceable plastering head, and the position of the plastering robot is adjusted to complete plastering operation; and the plastering robot is horizontally moved, and the guniting operation and the plastering operation are repeatedly completed until the plastering of the whole wall surface is completed.
