本发明涉及应用于建筑施工领域的一种建筑混凝土浇筑工艺,本建筑混凝土浇筑工艺在施工时,利用位移感应器和建模系统,对待浇筑混凝土的对象进行立体化的建模监控,通过倾角传感器能够在浇筑混凝土时判断多轴机械臂中每个机械臂的放置状态,以便在水平状态或斜向上状态时及时启动扭转疏通单元,带动输送管道进行局部扭转,以便将原本堆积输送管道内壁表面的砂石扭转输送至后续的流动态混凝土中,跟随流动态混凝土一起排出,实现混凝土浇筑过程中的疏通管理,同时还能够借助多个位移感应器的配合,检测浇筑混凝土时外侧的模板、支撑是否发生严重变形以及振捣均匀性的检测,使得混凝土浇筑的安全性和质量均得到保证。
