The invention relates to a masonry structure concrete column reinforced by a newly-added reinforced concrete frame and a construction method thereof. The masonry structure concrete column reinforced by the newly-added reinforced concrete frame comprises an original concrete column, a newly-added reinforced concrete window frame, a newly-added reinforced concrete door frame, U-shaped steel tie bars, stirrups and longitudinal steel bars. The newly-added reinforced concrete window frame and the door frame are formed by pouring stirrups and longitudinal steel bars. The U-shaped steel tie bars are embedded into the original concrete column through the bar embedding holes; after the stirrups, the longitudinal steel bars and the U-shaped steel tie bars are all bound and connected, the supporting formwork is integrally poured. The method has the most remarkable advantages that the overall anti-seismic capacity of an original structure can be improved, and new and old structures jointly bear the earthquake action, so that the toughness of a house is enhanced, and structural collapse is prevented.
