The anchoring cable saddle comprises a steel sleeve, a first cable saddle base plate, a second cable saddle base plate and a steering saddle arranged in the steel sleeve. The steel sleeve penetrates through the two sides of the cable bent tower, and the outer wall of the steel sleeve is fixedly connected with the cable bent tower. The steering saddle comprises a hole channel for a steel strand to penetrate through, and a first cable saddle base plate and a second cable saddle base plate are perpendicular to and fixedly connected with the axes of ports of the two ends of the hole channel respectively. Corresponding steel strand through holes are formed in the first cable saddle base plate and the second cable saddle base plate; the periphery of the first cable saddle base plate and the periphery of the second cable saddle base plate are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the steel sleeve.
