Recycling system for tail gas waste heat of calcining system
The invention discloses a recycling system for tail gas waste heat of a calcination system. The recycling system comprises a heat exchanger, an induced draft fan and a raw material bin. The heat exchanger comprises a waste gas channel and an air channel for exchanging heat energy, the waste gas channel is connected with calcining system tail gas, and the air channel is connected with atmosphere and the induced draft fan, so that air is heated into hot air through the heat exchanger; a spraying pipe is arranged in the raw material bin, the spraying pipe is close to the bottom of the raw material bin and connected with the air channel to spray hot air to the top of the raw material bin, the gypsum powder freely falls in the raw material bin, and free water in the gypsum powder is mixed with the hot air and then leaves the raw material bin through the air output end. By means of the recycling system, people use tail gas of the calcining system to heat fresh air in the atmosphere to 70-80 DEG C, hot air and gypsum powder are mixed to enable the content of free water in the gypsum powder to be stabilized to be 12% or below, meanwhile, the tail gas exhaust temperature of the calcining system is reduced to 50 DEG C from 110-120 DEG C, and therefore energy for stir-frying the calcined gypsum powder is saved.
