The invention discloses a method for preparing foamed concrete based on construction waste, which comprises the following steps: pre-stirring regenerated micro powder, Portland cement, an alkali activator and an accelerator to obtain mixed dry powder; pouring a foam stabilizer into water, stirring and dissolving, then pouring a foam stabilizer aqueous solution into the mixed dry powder, slowly stirring, adding a foaming agent into the stirred material, continuously stirring, controlling the stirring time, and obtaining a product after the stirring is finished, namely the foamed concrete. According to the invention, the stability of the quality of the foamed concrete is effectively controlled through optimal design of the mix proportion and addition of the active admixture, and meanwhile, the foamed concrete with excellent compressive strength performance is prepared.
本发明公开了一种基于建筑垃圾制备发泡混凝土的方法,包括:将再生微粉、硅酸盐水泥、碱激发剂、速凝剂进行预先搅拌,得到混合干粉料;将稳泡剂倒入水中搅拌溶解,然后把稳泡剂水溶液倒入混合干粉料中再慢速搅拌,将搅拌后的物料加入发泡剂继续搅拌且控制搅拌时间,搅拌结束后得到产物,即制备得到发泡混凝土。本发明通过配合比优化设计和添加活性混合材,有效控制发泡混凝土质量的稳定性,同时制备得到了抗压强度性能优异的发泡混凝土。
