Method for preparing foamed ceramic insulation board from construction waste
The invention provides a method for preparing a foamed ceramic insulation board from construction waste. The method sequentially comprises the following steps: S1, selecting waste for later use; S2, mixing according to a formula; and S3, firing to obtain a finished product. According to the invention, the inorganic nonmetal waste material with high silicon content is used for replacing a part of main raw material perlite; the foaming effect of the product is enhanced, at high temperature, silicon-rich waste and raw materials are co-melted to form high-viscosity silicate melt, so that gas cannot be easily diffused outwards and sealed in the material to generate sealed pores, and finally, the high-quality thermal insulation material with relatively low volume density, high porosity and uniform pore size distribution is obtained. Meanwhile, the use value is provided for building waste, environmental pollution is reduced, and the production cost of a factory is also reduced.
本发明提供了利用建筑垃圾制备发泡陶瓷保温板的方法,所述方法依次包括步骤如下:S1选配待用废料、S2配方混合、S3烧制成品。本发明采用含硅量高的无机非金属废料替代部分主原料珍珠岩,增强了产品的发泡效果,高温下,富含硅的废料与原料共熔形成高黏度的硅酸盐熔体,使气体无法轻易往外扩散,封闭在材料内部,产生封闭气孔,最终获得体积密度较低、气孔率高且孔径大小分布均匀的优质隔热保温材料;同时为建筑废料提供了使用价值,减少环境污染也减少了工厂的生产成本。
